This role is designed for a doctor who wants to learn deeply, grow steadily, and build a life and career in one place.
What This Opportunity Looks Like
- Base salary: $65,000–$85,000/year (based on experience and schedule)
- Performance bonuses
- Schedule:
- 4.5 days/week
- ~30–34 hours/week
- Occasional Saturday morning (2–3 hours, as needed)

You won’t be thrown into the deep end.
You’ll be supported, trained, and given time to build confidence at a sustainable pace.
