CORE Chiropractic is seeking a confident, coachable manual adjuster to join its growing Houston team.
This position will be based in our Memorial City location, with initial training at the flagship CORE Chiropractic location to ensure alignment in technique, systems, and culture.

Compensation Structure
- $80,000–$90,000 base salary (based on experience)
- Compensation structured as Base Salary or 25% of Collections — whichever is higher
- Performance-based increases occur naturally with increased collections
- Full-time schedule: 4.5 days per week | 30–35 hours
- No weekend hours
This model rewards productivity while providing income stability.
Time Off & Schedule
- PTO accrued per local law (30 hours worked = 1 hour PTO accrued)
- 40 hours PTO per year (Year 1–2)
- 1 week vacation
- Starting Year 3: 2 weeks vacation + accrued PTO
- Paid holidays:
- Christmas
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Memorial Day
- July 4th

- Health insurance available through Aetna
- Option for full coverage
- Or high-deductible plan with HSA contribution support
- 50% malpractice coverage (NCMIC)
- $350 annual CE allowance
Mentorship & Development
- Weekly one-on-one check-ins (more frequent during onboarding)
- Monthly training sessions
- Monthly stats review and performance discussions
- Ongoing technique refinement
- Team support from other Core doctors when improvement areas arise
This is an active mentorship environment — not a “figure it out yourself” position.
