Empower Family Chiropractic is not simply hiring an associate.
We are seeking a long-term strategic clinical partner — someone who desires to grow alongside the practice, step into leadership, and eventually evolve into partnership or succession.
Led by Dr. Jeannique Norbert (Dr. J), Empower Family Chiropractic is a Pediatric Experience (PedEx) aligned office rooted in neurologically focused chiropractic care for families. While the heart of the practice is pediatrics and pregnancy, we care for entire families with a strong emphasis on women’s health, postpartum support, and nervous system optimization.
This is a 100% cash-based practice serving families who value proactive, wellness-centered care.
The Clinical Philosophy
Empower Family Chiropractic is grounded in the belief that:

This practice follows Pediatric Experience (PedEx) training principles — delivering structured, neurologically focused, family-centered care with high standards and measurable outcomes.
The associate must:
- Be Webster Certified
• Complete PedEx training (clinic sponsored)
• Have a strong interest in pediatrics and pregnancy
• Be confident educating parents
• Believe in mission-driven family wellness
Preference is given to doctors with 1+ years of experience, especially those who have already worked in a pediatric or wellness-focused model.

Compensation & Benefits
