About the Position:
We are seeking an Associate Chiropractor who is ready to fully engage and be mentored intensively in all aspects of a high-impact, neurologically-based chiropractic practice. You will be immersed in:
Advanced training in hands-on subluxation-based chiropractic care (Gonstead)
Communication Mastery
The business of chiropractic: marketing, systems, operations, finances, lifestyle
Community outreach, leadership, and personal development
This is more than a job.
It’s a 3-5 year track to OWNERSHIP of a well-established, super successful and respected practice in Cranberry Township, PA.
Ideal Candidate:
A recent or soon-to-be chiropractic graduate (or within first few years in practice)
Hungry to learn and grow—personally, professionally, and clinically
Aligned with a neurologically-focused, subluxation-based philosophy
Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term vision backed by some drive
Excellent communicator and team player

The Opportunity:
Compensation: $120K-$130K including commissions
4-day work week – you get Fridays – Sundays off
Path to Ownership – Opportunity to become a partner and/or buy the practice out right within 3-5 years depending how QUICK you are willing to take the wheel
Full support and mentorship to help you take over an already successful practice
- Gonstead Specific Adjusting – Advance training by some of the BEST Gonstead Adjusters on the planet
