Atlas Spinal Care is hiring an Associate Chiropractor to join our practice!
This is a rare opportunity to train in a highly specialized, low-force system that delivers powerful patient outcomes while protecting the doctor’s body — supporting longevity, precision, and sustainable practice.
No prior experience required. We are looking for the right mindset, aptitude, and coachability — not a finished product.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Training in and delivering low force upper cervical specific adjustments combined with full-spine and extremity care.
- Following imaging-based analysis and correction protocols
- Educating patients with clarity and confidence
- Working closely with a collaborative, high-standard team
- Growing into greater responsibility and leadership over time
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $75,000 annually
- Bonuses:
- $3,000 signing bonus (repayable if leaving before 1 year)
- $2,000 training bonus after full system proficiency
- End-of-year performance bonus (details provided during interview)
- Annual Reviews: Performance-based increases evaluated yearly
We are open to refining the bonus structure to align incentives with total clinic success, patient retention, and excellence in care.
